SM WOLF started in signs, displays and large-format production. That's the background, and it still shapes how we work. Large format is unforgiving. A sign is either measured right or it isn't, and you find out in public.

Over the years clients kept asking for more than the sign. They needed the print that went with it, then the shirts, then the packaging, then the giveaway for the event, then a page to send people to. So SM WOLF grew into print, promotional products, apparel, packaging, event graphics and digital support, because that's what the work actually required.

Most clients don't need more options. They need the right direction.

That's the part I care about most. There are more than a million promotional products available to me on any given day. Handing you a catalog isn't service. It's a way of making my job your job. What's useful is a short list: four things that fit your budget, your deadline, and the way the thing will actually get used.

I stay directly involved by design, and the work runs through a production network of printers, decorators, installers and suppliers, built over more than twenty-five years. You get the reach of all of them, experienced oversight on every job, and one place the answer comes from.

Most of this business has come the slow way: referrals, and clients who came back. The first order is usually small. What turns it into the tenth order is that the job showed up right, and that when something went sideways, somebody picked up the phone and fixed it.
